Memberships are recurring and must be cancelled through the app or web portal before the next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will not be credited for any unused portion of that 30-day period.
Membership fees are billed monthly on the same date each month, based on the date of initial enrollment. Fees renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
The fitness center does not have a sauna or steam room. However, the pool is heated and a jacuzzi is available for guest use.
The fitness center and pool area do not have lockers, showers, or changing rooms at this time.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Waterloom Pool Lounge. The lounge offers a full menu of food and drinks for guests to enjoy poolside.
Lounge chairs at Waterloom are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance for general use. We recommend arriving early, especially on weekends and peak days, to secure your preferred spot. Towels are available for guests upon arrival.
To ensure a comfortable atmosphere for all guests, outside music and personal speakers are not permitted at Waterloom Pool Lounge. The lounge curates its own ambient soundtrack to complement the poolside experience.
